中国热带雨林艺术研究院招募启事

       原始而又神秘的西双版纳热带雨林,被喻为当代花鸟画艺术创作的“朝圣地”。其生机勃勃的自然景观和丰富多彩的人文内涵,已成为当代众多青年艺术家们艺术创作的精神源泉。随着热带雨林绘画艺术创作形式的不断创新发展,其已成为当代中国画创作的一项独特的绘画艺术工程。特别是近十年来,画家们已逐渐从沉迷于奇花异卉的客观自然摹写,发展到相对主观的直觉表现阶段。这看似从视觉形式上已有了一些变化,但实质上大多数画家还多局囿于前人的绘画形式语言之间,其所谓热带雨林绘画创作“成果”,亦多假借传统题材的表现技法,去“山寨”、“克隆”出数以千计的奇花异卉图而已,而从基础技巧及质量上与前人相比,则还是有着云泥之别。当然,面对新的时代思潮和不同的人文艺术境域,也有极少数专业从事热带雨林绘画艺术创作的艺术家,能够从所谓的传统美学“观念”局限中解脱出来,并将热带雨林绘画艺术的形式创新实践视之个人人生价值的崇高体验及追求。当下的热带雨林绘画艺术,作为中国画创新的一项艺术工程,不应该仅仅停留于生活中的“自然”,沉溺于浅层次的、粗率的一般形式上的表现,而应从精神观念上去寻求并创造一个崭新的热带雨林绘画艺术视角。如期所愿,热带雨林绘画艺术就必须从其价值观和形态上构建其相对深刻且独特的艺术体系。中国热带雨林艺术研究院,作为当代花鸟画艺术的重要组织群体,有责任从学术高度奠基其体系化的创作基础。为了更好的促进热带雨林绘画艺术理论的构建和实践创新的不断探索,今面向全国招募艺术才俊,共同携手开创热带雨林绘画艺术之新风。

招募类别:

一、青年艺术家10人:
     凡有志于热带雨林绘画艺术创作,年龄在40岁以下,作品风格独特,艺术创作形式不限。(在热带雨林绘画艺术实践及理论探索上有创新发明者,年龄适度放宽;绘画实践专业应届毕业生优先录用)。

二、学术秘书2人: 
     有较扎实的文字功底和良好的沟通能力,对社交媒体应用及传播工具敏感,本科以上学历,年龄35岁以下。(传媒及美术史专业应届毕业生优先录用)。

三、行政助理1人: 
     有日常办公及行政管理经验,亲和力强,工作态度认真负责,本科以上学历,年龄35岁以下。

四、院长助理1人:
     有一定的艺术理论研究及写作水平,品行端正,性格开朗,善于同艺术家进行沟通,有较高的文化艺术素养,研究生以上学历,年龄35岁以下。

五、艺术衍生品设计师3人:
     有艺术衍生品相关设计专业学习及工作经验,熟悉产品制作流程,对时尚文化潮流审美具有独特敏感的个性品味,本科以上学历,年龄35岁以下(手绘和软件能力突出者优先录用)。

六、茶艺师2人: 
      具有中、高级茶艺师职业资格证书,性格温和、气质恬静端庄,年龄30岁以下。

 Artistic Talents Wanted

The tropical rainforest, primitive and mysterious, is regarded as the enchanting land of pilgrimage of contemporary art creation of flowers and birds painting. Its vibrant nature scenery and colorful humanism connotation have become the spirit source of art creation for today’s young artists. With the innovation and development of the art forms, the tropical rainforest painting has grown into a unique art project of contemporary Chinese Painting creation. Especially in recent 10 years, painters have made much progress from indulging in objectively facsimileing those exotic flowers and rare plants to subjectively expressing them, in which it seems to have had some changes in visual forms, but actually most painters are still imprisoned in the predecessors’ languages of painting modes. The so-called “achievements” of their tropical rainforest paintings are mostly obtained by borrowing the expressive technique of traditional painting themes, and then copycatting or cloning thousands and thousands of pictures of exotic flowers and rare plants. But when we compare these paintings and those of predecessors in terms of basic technique and quality, we may find a world of difference between them. Of course, in face of the new zeitgeist and different arts environments, there are still a handful of artists who specialize in art creation of tropical rainforest painting. They can break out of confinement of the so-called traditional aesthetic perception, and regard the innovation and practice of the art forms of the tropical rainforest painting as the sublime experience and pursuit of the value of their lives. Bing a project of innovating Chinese Painting, today’s art of tropical rainforest painting should not stay only on the “nature” of our daily life, or addict to the shallow and rough forms of expression, but explore and create a kind of brand-new art perspective. As expected, we must establish a relatively profound and unique art system on the values and patterns of the art of tropical rainforest painting. As an important organization, Chinese Academy of Tropical Rainforest Art has the responsibility to lay a foundation of academic system for today’s flower & bird painting art. In order to improve the building of the art theory of tropical rainforest painting, and the exploration of practice and innovation, we are truthfully inviting some artistic talents nationwide to work together to develop a new field for the art of tropical rainforest painting.
